Rental Options
Great for birthday parties, pop up markets, bachelor and bachelorette parties, corporate events, church and business gatherings, holiday parties and more! Each item is for ONE DAY. Since our building is divided into three separate venues, you will have private access to whichever venue(s) you rent. The remaining venues will be available to our regular customers.
Rent the ENTIRE PIONEER for 4 hours
Our main building is a historic train depot that is outfitted with a bar and large spool tables with barstools. Includes indoor and all outdoor seating areas. The walls of the building are decorated with our products and two flat screen TVs. This rental fee includes the SIDEYARD, BACKYARD, and RAILYARD
Rent the BACKYARD
Our backyard is equipped with a beautiful outdoor deck and outdoor cantina. Seating for large numbers on picnic tables and other chairs. We can set up a buffet on our back porch to serve only your guest. Firepits and standing heaters are available for colder seasons. Great for outdoor birthday parties, graduation parties, casual rehearsal dinners and any other gatherings!
Rent the SIDE YARD
Our PICNIC AREA is on the side of our main building. Includes seating for up to 75 people on our German biergarten tables. We can set up a private buffet for your guests on the covered porch. Great for outdoor birthday parties, graduation parties, casual rehearsal dinners and any other gatherings!
Rent the RAILYARD
Our NEWEST space at the Pioneer is called the RAILYARD! This is a gravel patio area which can hold up to 6 picnic tables, or you can use the space for cornhole and other games! Located along the railroad tracks, this is a section of the restaurant that can be reserved away from the flow of our regular customer traffic!
Optional Catering Services
We can handle all of your food and drink needs! You are also allowed to bring in outside food if you prefer. You MAY NOT bring in outside alcoholic beverages. You MAY bring soft drinks or kids drinks.

OPEN BAR
Based on the size of your party, we will offer a discounted rate for our beer and wine. Our bartender will keep track of what is consumed, and the host will settle the bill at the close of the evening. A deposit will be taken prior to the event that will apply toward the final bill.
Custom Menu Services
Our chef will custom prepare your desired cuisine. While our Pioneer Smokehouse excels at BBQ, we are able to do most types of food for private events (Italian, Mexican, Seafood, etc)
